Daniele Moura is a people and business leader with over two decades of experience across HR strategy, organizational transformation, and commercial growth. She has worked with complex, multinational operations in maritime, oil & gas, and engineering sectors across Europe, the U.S., and Latin America.

Having led both human resources and business development simultaneously, Daniele brings something rare to her clients: the ability to see people strategy and commercial strategy as one conversation, not two.
